Matt Cater on LinkedInWhy Become exists.
AI creates more possible investments than any leadership team can pursue. The hard part is deciding what deserves attention, proving it in the work and changing the business around what succeeds.
Become stays with those three decisions:
Find and Focus
Choose the few opportunities with a credible path to material value.
Build and Prove
Build the Minimum Viable Capability and test it in real conditions.
Embed and Scale
Change the workflow, ownership and measures around what earns investment.
The principles.
Value before activity
Start with the outcome and make the economic logic explicit. Ideas, pilots and adoption are not the result.
Evidence before scale
Build enough reality to test the decisive assumptions. Invest further only when the evidence earns it.
Capability that lasts
Change the work, ownership and measures so the business can run and improve what succeeds.
